The John Ward Handicap

Tonight's card at Los Alamitos features the running of the John Ward Handicap where PF Flyair will try to extend his local record to a perfect 3-for-3. He looked strong when winning the Blane Schvaneveldt earlier this month when defeating a few of his rivals tonight. He has a 6-for-9 record over today's distance and just loves to win races. He's definitely the one to beat.

Best Bet:
Race 4: #8 Cartel Breeze makes his first start for a claiming tag after finishing fourth against stakes company last out. He cuts back to 300 yards (both of his wins were at this distance) and has a good outside post. Trainer does well with this move.
